Questions about the dupe on main page.

The credit dupe found on the main page is not very clear.
It's the one with 2 accounts and a vendor. Can someone who's done this break it down with a little more detail? Thanks.

Also, I found anothe dupe on another site that I can not get to work. Perhaps someone here knows what's wrong or if it has been fixed. This is what it looks like:
go to anchorhead and put all your cash in the bank and join the bank
then take you money out and quit the bank
then go to bestine and join the bank there and put all your money in bank
then shuttle to any other planet and withdraw all credits then go back to bestine and quit the bank then go back to the planet you were just on and join the bank there and your original credtis will show up and withdraw them.
