Well, this dupe is actually quite simple, go to a starport (has to be a starshuttle) and tip some guy 10,000 (or whatever you want) and take the shuttle ride AS FAST AS YOU CAN right after..... REMEMBER AS FAST AS YOU CAN! you wait too long server will refresh and update.
And, as expected, when you get back, you have your credits and the guy you tipped it to has the credits as well, HAVE FUN!
