Talus Creature Village (GSP village is another name). This may be able to be done on other spawn points but I've been at this spot to know that it is the best for getting rare items such as milk, mollusks, armor tapes and skill tapes. At the debris piles (there are 2 next to each other and 1 on the other side of the village by a fountain) the spawn rate of loot is 1/2 an hour. It changes with the server reboot but seems to stay constantly around 20 min after the hour and 10 minutes before the hour. Once you find the spawn time make sure you have it down to the second. On the next time around if you loot it as fast as you can the second it comes out, wait a few seconds and you'll see that the loot has come back again! If you stand between the two piles that are close to each other you can get double the loot for both piles. In 1 spawn time a player received over 9 skill tapes (and some junky hides) just standing there.

I confirm this saw a guy get around 30 tapes while i was gain exp didnt know what he was doing but this better explains it
