1) Buy alot of Krayt Tissue, we recommend around 30 pieces.
2) Craft a Garbage crafting tool so your chances to critical fail become higher.
3) Being crafting advanced power handlers using the krayt tissue
4) When you do fail, keep open your crafting session.
5) Repopulate the resources, and don't add a krayt tissue.
6) If you combine you'll have the stats but no tissue wasted.
7) Note feeder mechs can use this, as well factories run with power handlers that use krayt tissue.
