1) This trick you can convert into a macro but we have not made one if you want to help feel free to post one on the forums and it will be added.
2) Get a friend with /tumble from the ranged support tree of marksman.
3) Have him make a macro to continually repeat that to lower his health and action.
4) Create a macro for your medic to repeatedly heal him for a way to macro your medic.
