To do the speed hack its very simple:

1) Download the program Register to unlock hidden link

2) Run the program before you start your game.

3) Be sure to keep its from 20-40% max because anymore will cause at times to much lag.

Hello, I actually have a question for this one.. . I don't see 20 - 40% mine at default is 10000. hard to understand this one. what is 20 - 40% ?

I realize this is an old post but I have a question, what does speed hacking actually do? Is it easily detectable by CSRs or other players?

Normally it depends on the company SWG isnt very adament in cracking down on things like this.

is this still working or was it detected?

Speed Hacks are useless to me none at all work for windows xP. XP sucks the big one cant do the multiple clients with it or nothing. Matter fact i cant even run 2 accounts using the 2nd user account on my xp for swg that even bites. Anyone who finds a speed hack that works for XP please let me know.

I run multiple clients and accounts with xp all the time lol, just had to delete something from swg folder.

Could you please post what you deleted so i can do this. I never had this problem with windows me could do everything.

I dont remember but I think there is a thread in the forums here about it or theres numeruos posts on the SOE swg forums.

What would i begin to even type in search to find that.

Nope cant run multiple instances on windows XP impossible.

Seeing that I run multiple instances along with many many many other people. I think you need to research before you speak.

Inside your SWG folder you need to create a file called user.cfg (Turn file extensions on under folder options in windows)

Inside that you paste this.

[SwgClient]
allowMultipleInstances=true

Now start your game. once your toon is logged on, you can start another launchpad using another account on the same PC.

You cannot launch two launchpads at once and you cannot run two characters on the same account at once.

The one at the beginning of this thread works with XP.
