On rori near the rebal base. Go south out of the base past the mountains into a large valley. You can find leviasquall nests there and each leviasquall gives me between 1800-2k pistol xp and from 150-200 combat xp. Now the great part of this is that these leviasqualls are so slow you can run around in a circle at normal speed and they can't catch you. Depending on the weapon you use it can take a little while to kill one and they usually run in packs of three. They also give around 200 scout xp when you harvest.
