When you are incaped Straight away use a macro that has no pauses I use this macro

/ui action selectTargetInward
/attack
/ui action toolbarSlot11
(The macro goes in the F12 Slot)

Then it will spam you cannot attack while incapped. While it spams this you cannot be deathblowed either.

This used to work, but has since been patched. Doesn't make a difference now.

Tried it!! does not work!! or could never get it to work!!
