Buff in under 1 min

You can buff a person in about 1 minute. All you have to do is use the following macro.
/startdance ?your highest dance?
/flourish
/stopdance
/macro DanceBuff (assuming you called your macro that)
same for musicians but with /startmusic highest song and preferably a high instrument
This will allow you to flourish every second. A full buff takes about 50 flourishes.
Now the only problem is that your action will get eaten away real fast. You will either need to get your action stats buffed or have someone around to heal you all the time.
