DOUBLE WEAPON info?

Lets ask around i know its been awhile since i posted and im srry i lvoe yallz 
but i hurd u can have 2 weapons out at the same time... which i wouldnt mind geting stuck that way as in never taken it outa my hands and having it until i accidentally do it or fencer gets duel wielding whcih im not sure on the date of also :-/
