A survey tool that samples
A concentration of resources to use

Steps:

1. Get in your resource spot and survey
2. Get a sample and stop
3. Sit down and wait for your HAM to return to normal
4. Make this macro:
/sample;
/pause 5;
/stand;
/sit;
/pause 30;
/stand;
/macro sample

5. call it sample and run it overnight
6. Use this macro to keep from being marked AFK
/afk;
/pause 30;
/afk
/macro afk

7. Call it AFK
