Have a friend help you with Image design while they are afk

This one uses 2 macros as follow
Macro name : sitstand
/sit;
/pause 100;
/stand;
/macro sitstand;
This will loop the charactor standing in sitting, thus, keeping them logged in. Activate this one along with:
Macro name : autoaccept
/join;
/ui action defaultButton;
/pause .25;
/macro autoaccept;
This will auto accept your group invite, so you can start the ID session, and, at the moment you click the submit button on the image design session, it will accept it , at 4 times a second, so be sure, its fast.
These will keep your friend logged in and accepting your IDs, doubling the exp you get from ID because you are doing the session on another person.
Good luck, i used this last night and mastered ID in about 3 hours
