I signed up this evening and the worst happened. The program keeps causing my PC to hang forcing a hard reboot. I tried reinstall, same.
Reinstall windows, same happens.

I have to ask, is there any chance of a refund and removal from the site since I cannot use the program? If not then thats fine, but I don't have much other use for the site.

Over 24hrs and no response?

Hmm it just crashed? Turn off your firewall that may fix it.

It actually hangs my PC, does the same with all security software turned off.

k sent it to a tech guy you should get a reply soon.

Post a xu log. THe program doesnt cause a hard crash. Something must be malconfigured or something.
