I saw something strange

When I was on the game I saw some one level up with out doing any thing that you could see. If any one knows of a cheat that makes you level up when you are not doing any thing special like fighting... PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE CHEAT!!!!!

They were talking to or completeing a quest npc. You might not have seen it, but it was there... ~Creepy chain rattling~ OoOoOoooooOoo FreeEEeeeEE Leeevvveeeeelllsssss. No. Just... No! NO! It isn't that hard to lvl up anyways. But no, you cannot lvl cheat ~~.
Oh btw, they might have attacked something and run off while sum1 else killed it so that they got some damage and thus get xp off the kill.

He's talking about the "Level up" flytext that randomly shows up.

That's a random "Level Up" graphic that occurs, but no actual Leveling Up happens. Happens to me all the time.
