Cheating levels..

This is more of a question, but I may try this.
The other day i had the idea of respecing my character to an entertainer to gain lvl that way and then switch over to Jedi or something and have that lvl.
Well, as people say, Entertainers and Traders can only be level 1, well thats correct-but that doesnt matter. As I've noticed, when you level your character, you fill your "tree." I'm going to use Jedis as an example: Lets say you were a lvl 40-Jedi Initiate...And then you switched over to Spy-Officer-BH-anything...it doesnt really matter because you will still have the same level, and your "tree" will still be the same (by tree i mean the little squares you get to ever 4 lvls) Well, I figured that if your "tree" and level stays the same when you switch over to BH-Spy-Officer or something, why would it change when you switch over to an Entertainer or Trader? So what i'm saying is that, if you have respec things, and if you master Entertainer or something and you use the respec token, will you be a level 90? Because all the skill trees are the same in length.
(trying to do a little more explaining) So lets say your full on your first "branch" (for Jedi, it would be Student-and you would be around lvl 23 or so)...And when your full on your first branch of Jedi, if you switch over to Entertainer, would that "branch" still be full? or would it totaly change?
Could anyone Varify this? (if you can cheat leveling by switching to entertainer then back to your desired proffession)
