First you have to have a packed up large generic house in your datapad. Next unpack it near what you want to kill. Equip a ranged weapon that will reach it. Go into you house and pacck up your house. You will be in the air which is the time to start attacking. You will be invincible because the NPC can't reach you!

nay you fall in 10 seconds. if u are weak enough to need this exploit it will surely kill you. 10 seconds wont make a difference, assuming that u can even drop a house near ur target.
