I know there have been ways to exploit this in the past. Is there any current, working way to Trade No-trade items? Someone must have found an ingenious way to get it done

Most of them have been nerfed.

Nope, doesn't work. I recently won election in a city, and the previous mayor left some "no trade" items in backpacks and on the floor, and I cannot access them.

I believe they added a forced bio-link to no trade items. You just dont see the words "bio'link"
