AT-RT buff when not riding it

Quite a simple one this. Requires at AT-RT.

Simply mount the AT-RT and duel someone and make sure they attack you and not the vehicle (no AoE attacks). When you get incapacitated you fall off the AT-RT, but you don't lose the 20% ranged avoidance buff.

You can pack the vehicle away and you will have the buff until the next time you ride it, or another vehicle.

This does work. The only problem is if mount any other vehicle/pet, then dismount, you will lose the buff.

This was posted by the devs, as patch notes. Its fixed in the upcoming patch and they also told you how to do it.

Bug Fix: Being incapacitated while mounted on a vehicle will now correctly remove the buffs from the player.

Ah sorry, I didn't see that.

DId some testing earlier on and whilst you are correct that mounting a vehicle removes it, having it on makes quite a difference. I could see how it would be beneficial in PvP in and around Restuss.

In a duel earlier it appeared as if ranged damage was mitigated by 20%, not the chance to miss being 20%.

I was firing at a guy with the buff on and did about 70-100 damage, and with no buff it was all 100-130+.
