im experiancing lag when i record macros can anyone help?

Yes, you may need to turn off your virus protection program (and in some cases, even uninstall it) to get rid of the lag. Your virus protection program is scanning the macro file that is getting created a few thousand times a second while it is recording and causing the lag.
