1) Find a large vehicle example V-35
2) Move it so the front of the vehicle is inside the building
3) Get out of the vehicle and you will be inside of the building and normally you can walk through it now.

my server must hate trandoshens, non of the go thru walls or pass throus work for me. i did make him as big as i could so that might be it
