there was a guy saying he'd powerlevel peoples characters for free. I asked him how he would do it he gave me a hint by saying Nickle Targeting Pistol. No clue what it means, besides its a publish gift. Any idea's?

I am going to address this in the submissions area. Basically its using an aoe attack to attack multiple npcs at 1 time.
