Havent seen this anywhere else, also i use it myself so might aswell post it.

put your pet heal in the first toolbar, first slot
and type up the following macro

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/pause 1;
/ui action petToolbarSlot0; <---- first slot in your pets toolbar (attack)

/pause 15; <-- this period can be what ever you like from when the pet attacks and is taken down to about one third of its health.

/ui action toolbarSlot00; <<------ your pet heal in your first slot.

/pause 15; <<-- however long you think the pet would need to finish of whatever it is your grinding on.
/ui action toolbarSlot00; <<--- heal again

/macro pet << |
|
name this macro pet or whatever you put here |

suggestions for 100% success would be your toon being a medic and having bacta spray and bomb on a macro to heal your pet

and/or getting medic buffs for your pet.

Its not perfect but it works

ahh damit, sorry didnt think there would be a macro in exploits, i believe something similar has been posted.
