I expect this will nerf, the medic and the trader. Not sure on the level 90 character transfers but I think the 2 hours will place you at the same level now.

Medic:
Serotonin Boost no longer removes the Bacta Overload debuff.

Trader:
Increased the Action cost of hand sampling.

Characters must now wait 2 hours after a successful character transfer before logging in on the player's new server.

Trader:
Increased the Action cost of hand sampling.
Increased the base amount harvested for hand sampling.
Added a maximum of one notification box per special event per character for hand sampling.


All these will nerf the BER 300 sampling 'sploit. Although the increased sampling amount will offset it a bit.
