Mediate Macro ???

My guild leader sent me a mail about the mediate buff he had a friend of his confirm that it was possible to obtain the meditation buff within 5 seconds
It seems that with a macro, He was able to /sit - /ui action toolbarSlotxx
(or just hit the command), then move forward which causes the Meditation to "Reset" and allows the palyers to pick their buff much faster.
He was even able to do it while force cloaked in restuss in the middle of a battle
Anyone heard of this or know of any macro? thxx
