I've been watching a few known exploiters and it seams they regain their action at least 3 times faster then I can. Is there anything out there that can help me gain action at the same rate?

If you're talking about Jedi, then it's no exploit. There's two possible ways to regain extra action through attacking and being attacked. You get action from the darkside part of the tree for attacking and then you get action from the lightside by being attacked. This is all part of the expertise mind you. I had a very good temp when I was Jedi with both of the action regens and I pwned. This was also without good stat mods because I've never been able to get them.

officers have an action regen command, maybe multiple officers in the same group?

Ya i know of no action regain exploit myself, Might be what the others have said heh.
