Easier Exceptional eggs

You can use /search more than once on a lair, for up to 15 times and sometimes you'll find more than one exceptional egg in a single lair.
eggs from lairs? Egg resources yes but animal eggs?

Are Lairs are giving up an animal egg that u can make into a pet?

no they dont give any animal eggs and i think this multiple times per lair is common knowledge and on official forums.
