imp/ reb teleporting

If you are an imp or reb and you are in the city of restuss pvp'ing and u find yourself in a tight spot type /unstick and pooof you will be teleported to the imperial outpost that is next to restuss.

what good is this anyways? You basically have to be sitting still for it to work (if i remember correctly) and if thats the case you're probably gonna be dead anyways!???
