Grinding Medic lvl 5-90

Could you plz tell me is there a way to grind medic from lvl 5 to 90?
ps AFK Grind would be very helpfull

I don't think so. There's not really any safe bots for low levels. Besides the xp per kill is so low it would take forever to "grind". I'm thinking this level 90 entertainer exploit would be your best bet. Check it out in the cheats section.
