Transferring 90 Ent to another server still works?

I've read on a few posts that transferring a level 90 ent to another server will allow you to pick another profession (including combat) and will let you be CL90, as long as you didn't choose any expertise.
Is this still working, or no? Before I drop 30 bucks on it, it'd be good to know.
