Another cooldown trick?

Ok, we know the /lootplayer blah blah blah doesn't work, but something else is there.
Several times over the past few nights during PvP on Starsider (yes there is some PvP on Starsider) a Jedi and a smuggler were hitting attacks like crazy.
A certain Rebel Jedi hit Force Malestrom 10 strikes in 12 seconds.
Anyone know the new thing? If you don't want to post it, please email me the answer.

First, I would take a look at that screenie(please tell me you took one), and see if the jedi had a weapon named maelstrom or whatever...i know there are some players on temy that are doing that...can be deceiving.

will be posting a screenie as soon as I'm done editing.
his saber was named something goofy and it wasn't a dark fury set as many of us have the set.

Sounds like the guys I thought were Using some new type of Cooldown exploit. (Played on The Starsider server myself) I tried figuring it out...But AoC came out and I lost time

It was an animation hack, which I knew about. However it is now fixed.

If it was just Malestrom, it was probably dark fury, which resets jewelry cooldowns. The only CD bypass exploit I know of got fixed a few months ago.

After speaking to a gm that i know pretty well he revealed to me that there are about 7 other possible commands like lootplayercorpse but would not reveal the commands. and in soe tradition they wont change it until peopel start to exploit it. anyhow this is just word of mouth from a gm.

just full of overzealous a-holes now there have been a lot of what I like to call crusaders against AFK play and all that crap and a lot of whining and crying from people that just need to take a break from the game and stop complaining on how everyone else plays the game and mind thier own business
