Resource

Take a existing resource and alter the stats on it? I am sure can do it in yer screen but is there a way to effect them to like say i already have a resource with 950 OQ 600 SR. would tehre be a way to alter the existing resource to 1000 OQ/SR to where I would want it to be able to craft it a Perfect when I need it to Make the Ultimate Weapon/Armor/Harvester? I know prob wont get any replys to this or tell me to get lost but was just wondering.
