I have the rebel and nutral but iam missing the imperial one and the guy doesnt give me athe quest for it.
Iam Imp now and master pilot (actually i master all pilots)
Ive seen people that bare all 3 of them so i suppose it must be a cheat like the arena bug that u can get both badged on ground

O whoops lol. My mistake i do that from time to time when its late at night and im reading posts

I am pretty sure it is through a faction change, or if someone switched servers they conceivably get it because of quest reset.

I know after switching from kettemoor to starsider I had the NK achievement, but I no longer had access, so I had to do the prequests all over again.
