Quite simply, to wear full cybernetics, wear appearance clothes/armor over legs, arms, and chest. Wait until you look fully clothed again between cybernetics, and apply the next piece. Theed and Coronet doctors both work, I have not tried others.
When you've applied all the pieces, you can remove all the appearance clothes/armor, and show off your proud new body!

I can. But as I said, common knowledge. Plus it'll be 'game intended' in the next chapter. Just saw the patch notes, now you can wear as many cybernetics as you want.
