Combat macro requests

Finally got my 2 chars to 80 today thanx to the amazing levelling exploit offered in these forums.
I would like to request some help for afk grinding the last 10 levels.
Commando and Medic
Can anyone helps with macros pls?
I have been joining the pet grind groups in dantooine but i dont think im being effective enough.
