So my friend is one of the biggest med botters on Starsider and Im trying to get her a add in for her macro to ignore buffing certain players, if anyone knows how to do this id sure appreciate it as im sure would alot of other players. Im sick of the kids that think its funny to screw over so many people... Any help would be much appreciated.

first: this is untested, since I'm not in the game atm...

you know you buff all group members in LOS which are up to 60 (?)m away. So maybe consider adding a /join line in your buff macro (before you do the buffs) and at the end of the macro right before you repeat it, add a /disband.

So a potential customer sends you a group invite - on the next macro loop you join his group, run through all your buffs and then leave his group.
Should work even if some idiot is blocking the chair.

Personal opinion: I prefer those bots who work via invite. On other bots very often I don't get targeted for the buffs, because the buffbots mouse points somewhere else or whatever...

This should work. Perhaps need a /target self before doing the buffs so they go to everyone. Play around with it.

The pro of this is, is that you (Client, not bot) can invite everyone in the line + the bot and everyone gets buffed.

yes, just checked that on TC. As long as someone is on your ignore list, you won't receive any group invites from him.

Or, just have the buffer move into a private house and not add the clowns to entry.
