Has anybody ever heard of the 'level 90 respec device'? If so, how did people obtain it? Did you have to be a certain rank in the FRS?

Is it possible to return to SWG and start out as a level 90 (From being an elder jedi or something)? If so, what skills did you have to have? Council member, overlord, etc?

As far as old Respec devices you got them when the NGE came out and you changed from one of the 32 to professions to one of the NGE 9 professions.

Pretty sure that the Post-CU Elder Jedi were made level 80 Post-NGE.
I havn't heard anything about a level 90 respec device though. Some Elder jedi I know that quit right after the CU were level 70-ish when they came back

If you were a double combat master, IE Master Rifle/Master Sword when NGE hit you would be level 80. If you were a single combat master IE Master TK/Master Droid Enginer you got level 64.

The respec device was not a lock on 90. It would let you respec to combat class at whatever level you were. Once you hit 90 then you could respec to any other combat class and remain lvl 90.

Yes, PRE-CU Jedi were converted to cl80 when the NGE hit.

The respec device was a 10use little trinket that would allow you to test all the new professions and allow you to come back to jedi in the event you did not like any of them.

In essense you would try all professions (sans the three crafter flavours) and have one use left over to go back to jedi.

a few professions, characters or devices were bugged in that it would allow you to respec like normal but it would take you all the way back to cl5

I still have my 10 use respec devices on my crafter, and alt.. i think my elder jedi has 2-3 uses left.
