Chaining Removed?

I tried this the other night and it did not seem to work. I waited about 15 minutes. I didn't know if maybe the chaining time was increased or if it was removed?

In deep 0.0 space we are seeing Angel respawns about every 15-20 minutes which is a decrease in time from the pre-RMR 30-45 minutes.

By chaining I mean leave 1 ship alive and after a while they start to spawn then slowly spawn faster and faster untill as soon as you kill 1 BS another respawns in it's place.

has been fixed. No longer will the spawn time decrease.

But if you say have 3 battleships and a frigate - if you leave the frigate and come back in 20 minutes, the 3 battleships should have returned.

It gets tricky in RMR with the rats that warp out though.
