I was directed to this site - It has an excellent download that shows you what you need to arm yourself with against all the various pirates that you come across via npc missoins etc.

its a good idea a work in progress but not totly right.

however if you look at the stats and use your own jugment on the damage types to use then its good (eg program proposed for me to use em torps on a gurista which you dont do)
