Help on farming macro

Can someone help me on setting up a macro so that you don't chase after mob to loot? My farming toon stood at 1 place and at "no chase" combat mode in safe zone, but ppl can lure the mob away and killed it outside safezone while I was targetted it, I will automatic followed to stand next to it to loot. Is there a way to prevent it or loot and walk back to previous position? Thanks so much.
