Tree LOS with Flying Classes

Now im not sure if this is on here but its one i love to exploit on my 75 Fury.
First you position yourself nearly the last feet from the end of the Tree of Life's limbs.
Fly up high and go down until you can fly out of the TOL's area etc.
At this point you "Should" be able to cast on anyone in your range and they WONT be able to cast at you due to the fact your LOS is still saying your out of LOS due to flying in the tree but you can still cast on them if they fly after you / try to cast on you.
Just figured it let ya know =d Ive used it so many times against Wings of Seraphim templars its almost mean =/.
