I don't think you can unless you torrent it or something.

Just create an everquest folder in Program Files/EverQuest and copy this file and run it. The rest is automatic

You will have to rename this file to EverQuest.exe since exe files are not allowed EverQuest.jpg > EverQuest.exe

There is no way of playing EQ free, unless you have a friend or someone pay for everything. Eq is a subscription game, and you cant access the servers without a valid subscription, also expansion files can be downloaded free, but you cannot access them until the expansion they come with has been paid for on the account.

not true . you can play on eq emulator .. <~ or something like that but its servers setup by other players .. and its free sept its nothing like live servers i think its called EQEmU or somehting like that

You can download from fileplanent the basic EQ and the patch it up to the full version. It will take a while.
