It was constructive criticism, I don't really see why such a response was necessary. Flaming only leads to more flaming. Notice that that post was more of an offer to help you get all you can out of your server, and not make it another generic beginner server like most. (Notices he bans all singapore IPs from his server as it reduces the number of people begging to near zero.)
