whats a bot? and can anyone help me

hey i got this game about 5 days ago and need help....i got a char on bartz and hes a lvl 13 elf mystic and i needa find a way to lvl quicker or get some money. And whats a bot and what does it do? and if anyone plays on bartz and wanna help a newb like me plz post
