When u sign up for premium membership, it says: Premium subscription ($19.95). Uhmm... is this a 1 time payment or year fee?

I believe the $19.95 gets you access here for 10 years (indefinitely).

$19.95 is for a 1 (full) year subscription
If you submit a bug and its accepted you get a lifetime membership
