The official Tault bot doesn't work...what are we suppose to do? I've already paid my premium fee. And the other bots i have looked at on the forums don't work either. What did i pay for again?

Learn how to actually use the bots before you just cut and past the code in...

It wont work if you dont make slight changes.

i finally got it working....yeah....those slight changes

i still have some problems though....like targeting and attacking a mob thats really far away when the same mob is close by.

also...there is a long cooldown between mobs. my guy stands there for a good 30 secs after killing a mob before he moves to the next one.

the issue with targeting is lineage2 related not the macro. The mob you wanna target can be 1" from you and you will target the one 1 mile away. Sucks but nothing we can do :(

Right, there is nothing we can do...so the macro doesn't work since i can't leave my comp on during the night while i sleep and have the macro lv for me. I usu. get stuck behind a wall or tree because my toon always targets something really far away. ..

anyway, is there a macro out there that actually works? one where i reallly can leave my comp one and it'll lvl my toon for me?

you gotta be careful with macros, you NEVER want to leave it on during the night... admins catch botters all the time

my own observations have been that the GM's have aggressively went and banned wholesale many many chinese macro groups. That were making millions and ebaying away. I can name half a dozen chinese groups that are no longer in game. they aren't catching everyone tho.

These macros from this site aren't that great. The chinese wrote more solid stuff.

I've taken a look at the Tault.com offical macro for Lineage 2, and I gotta say, it's buggy and the delay time is very long.

For example, the Random Movement idea is ok, but since the macro is typing out "/attack this" then when the Random Movement function is initiated, it doesn't work. I fixed this by adding a left mouse button click on the screen before Random Movement.

All in all, these macros are still easy to catch. If a GM just stares at your character for a 15 minutes and it's doing the same repetitive stuff, the kind you can set your watch to, then yeah. It's a bot.

If you don't like the macros that are offered then don't use them. Don't forget there illegal. Don't complain about something when you can't make your own.

Ahem. We /paid/ for the bloody macro. Anyone has the right to complain about it. Tault's time would be better spent working on a few things that they actually could deliver on, like experimenting with the foreign macro tools to find ones that work well and updated versions of npcname-e.

since u paid technically u CAN complain about it... but i think by SUGGESTING things with the macro u'll get more positive replies and the community in general will be happier :P

also, the macro right now is functional..maybe not that graceful, but it works. give it some time guyz, L2 has only been released for a week or so. i am pretty sure in a couple of months L2 bots will be almost as good as the chinese bots if not better
