I was wondering where/what spirit do I have to Communictae with in order to complete the Orc Shaman quest. I have got the three ingredients needed to make the mask, now I need to communicate with The Fire Spirits. (or something like that.)

They are supposed to be in the Wastelands south of the Immortal Plateau?
