Powerlvling in Lineage 2??? Anyone know how???

I've recently paid this guy in ebay to powerlevel for me, he complete lvl 1-30 in less than 3 days, also saying he can get 40 within the 8 days mark...
Anyone have a clue how to do this?

Equip the best NG Armour and Grade D Weapon at level 1. Equip best Grade D Armour+Weapon at level 20. Play + Bot wildly the next 3 days.

yes, Soulshots/healing potions/aclarity potions = level fukin fast
