I delevel simply to make more money, keep this in mind though. If you delevel more than 7 levels (correct me if i'm wrong) you loose the skills you gained at +7 levels ago. So actually, being 6 levels below your skills gives you alot of bonuses... Blue mobs are now yellow (meaning better drops), your much stronger than a "average" person (meaning you do alot more damage, and kill mobs more swiftly). In all... if your hurting for money it helps.
I personally don't delevel my characters that are 52 and below. At these levels you will find deleveling won't help unless you have a group with you.
Well thats all I got.

Artisan have the most potential to make adena, however it takes alot of work and patience (farming mats, recipes setting up buy shops over night etc.)
Scavengers can also make you some good adena selling the mats to buy shops. Its alot easier since walker auto spoils for you, however not as much income as you'd see as an artisan/warsmith.
It's basically up to you.
Shockelite pretty much summed up why people delevel.
BD if you want to do some dps but mostly recognized as a support class. If you want be support and have fun with dual swords, then go BD, they usually die last too, since they aren't really focused on in mass pvp right off the bat.
SK is also fun and are like casters in heavy armor, when played correctly this class owns alot in 1 v 1 and some mass PvP.
As for the best places to bot, for money/xp Im kinda clueless since I just came back for C4 and so far used trial and error from lvl 20 to my current level now.
I usually find light green mobs give the best xp/money per hour since the lower requirement of SS and less rest.
I also make my own SS, with those private creation shops, it cuts the cost down by alot per SS.
If you find anything worthwhile, for 55+ please let me know, I'm kinda stuck as to where to level where its secluded atm.
Thanks!

Got Some Questions; Answers
:Arty or Scavy?
Arty is best for making money at high level.
In a bot party how ever a Scavy is mutch better
Becouse they are heavy armour use's high hp and can hold hate. Also Spoil makes for a good consistant mato bace
:Why do ppl dlvl?
People Dlevel so they can continue to hunt where a spasific Mato is found IE: leather , Cord , Corse bone , Bones So on so forth.
:SK or BD? ( i cant decide >.<
In a bot party BD is alot better then a SK for 2 resions
1. Dances Make for faster killing atking
2. Pure damage output the BD will out damage a tank any day.
Sk. Is ok for pure tanking but other then that its useless at tits on a bull.
:good areas to make $$$ at lv.68
Money is always crap for archers * thats an honist opinion *
The only way your going to make money as an archer is to
get full drops in your party
* drop list in the last 3 day's for myself *
Talum helm * 2 *
DC boot's
DC shields * 3 *
:good area to lvl or bot (supervised) at 68
GC * Giants Cave * inside there is quite easy to kill and still fairly good exp for a bot party all the way to 72
If you are feeling game. Toi First floor Make sure your party consists of at least 1 Bounty Hunter and 2 Healers
