I download Walker and read all the guide about this bot on this site but everytime i try it..is seem yo no work..Than I went to the Walker site and read on their forum that in order to make this bot work i need to buy a time card from them...Is this true? Or am I doing something wrong?

You dont need a time card. That method should still work perfectly.
