Is there any other programs besides L2walker that could help me on l2?? like any other hacks or programs that could make me Better

The answer to your question is that there is no possible way neither there is a program that will allow you to manipulate with the server's data. As we all know that HP,MP,DMG etc.. is server side.
As far as I know, there is nothing that will help you in-game other than eL2walker on the OFFICIAL SERVERS.
